| Proper Lighting is an important aspect of all borescope inspection applications. We offer cold light sources using Quartz Halogen, Metal Halide and Super Bright LED lighting. 75, 100 and 150 Watt Quartz Halogen lamps offer bright light and has been the industry standard with a ~40 hour bulb life. We quote Metal Halide lamps for many of our products since they are latest technology and are superior to Halogen in brightness even they have a lower wattage. Metal Halide Lamps have super white light (5600 CCT), offer lower power consumption (better for portable applications) and have a much longer bulb life span of ~500 hours. Fiberscopes of 4mm and smaller result in a significant advantage in intensity with the sharp focal point of metal halide lighting. Our Brilliant white LED light source has 10,000+ hour lamp life, uses standard AA batteries (no need for added expense of special batteries or a charger) and works well with all products. |
